Practical approach for Gen AI

Arif Sufi

CTO at Sabii Digital

Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) are transforming customer experiences by providing dynamic and personalized interactions. LLMs offer advanced natural language understanding, enabling chatbots to deliver accurate, human-like responses and instant support, which enhances user satisfaction. LLMs are updated as infrequently as once a year and search engines at intervals of one to three months, so by integrating RAG, these systems can access up-to-date information and internal documents, ensuring relevancy and context in real-time interactions. This combination can be configured for effective  lead generation, where chatbots guide users through individually personalized conversations which qualify leads efficiently, capture contact details and pass them onto CRM systems and schedule sales calls. LLMs and RAGs empower businesses to engage customers at a scale that has not been possible before and can drive growth and optimize user journeys across digital channels.
