This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the relationship between AgileUmmah and you when you register for any conference organized by AgileUmmah. By completing the registration process for an AgileUmmah conference, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We encourage you to read this document thoroughly.

The following AgileUmmah Registration Terms & Conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”) apply to all AgileUmmah events. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not register. Submission of a registration is considered acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

AgileUmmah prioritizes data privacy and protection of your personal information. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions, outlines how we collect, process, and use your data. By providing your email address during registration, you consent to receiving event-related communications from AgileUmmah and its partners. A valid email address is necessary for registration.

The personal data collected during registration is used to manage your participation in the event. This includes details about event content, logistics, payments, updates, and related information. AgileUmmah may share your personal data with third-party service providers to facilitate the event. Data shared during events co-managed or co-sponsored by other parties will be subject to their privacy policies as well. Except as described here, AgileUmmah will not disclose your data to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

AgileUmmah prohibits discrimination, harassment, and bullying against any person for any reason, including but not limited to age, color, national origin, disability, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, appearance, political affiliation, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

By registering for and participating in the event, you agree to waive, release from liability, assume all risks, and not to sue AgileUmmah. You waive and release AgileUmmah and its affiliates from liability for any injury, illness, damage, or loss incurred before, during, or after the event, except in cases of gross negligence by AgileUmmah. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and AgileUmmah is not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. Registration is subject to availability and acceptance by AgileUmmah. This waiver is binding on your heirs and assigns.

These terms apply equally to speakers at AgileUmmah events. If you agree to speak, we may share your biographical information and photo with event attendees and on event websites, including details such as your name, employer, and professional profiles.

To comply with global data privacy laws, AgileUmmah restricts the use of multimedia at its events. Attendees may capture digital images for personal, non-commercial use, provided it is not disruptive. Photos cannot be published, sold, or commercially exploited. AgileUmmah may use social media to share real-time event photos and videos, and attendees are encouraged to share their experiences, provided they do not infringe on others’ rights.

By attending, you agree that AgileUmmah may use event footage for marketing and promotional purposes. AgileUmmah disclaims liability for the capture of your image by other attendees. Participants consent to being recorded and live-streamed, with recordings potentially available for later viewing. Sharing or distributing event content without permission is prohibited.

You acknowledge the risks involved in AgileUmmah activities and accept financial responsibility for any injuries caused by your negligence or misconduct. You agree to indemnify and hold AgileUmmah and its affiliates harmless from any liability for injuries, deaths, or property damage resulting from your actions.

No refund or other remedy will be provided under any circumstances. Ticket purchases are non-transferable without prior permission from AgileUmmah. AgileUmmah’s liability for any loss or damage is limited to the ticket price paid. You will not be entitled to consequential, incidental, or exemplary damages of any kind.

AgileUmmah may inform you about third-party service providers. You are subject to their terms and conditions. AgileUmmah is not responsible for third-party products or services and accepts no liability for issues caused by provider cancellations or force majeure events.

Please be aware that all registration fees and payments for AgileUmmah events are non-refundable. Once your registration is complete and payment is processed, the transaction is final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances. By completing the registration process, you acknowledge and accept this policy as part of the Terms & Conditions governing your participation in our events. We appreciate your understanding and support.

AgileUmmah reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions without notice. If any provision is invalid, the remaining terms will still apply. These terms apply to all event participants. Views expressed by attendees, speakers, exhibitors, or sponsors are not necessarily those of AgileUmmah, and they are responsible for their content.
